I could go for a plate of this right about now….
One of my favorite Peruvian dishes, lomo saltado is a delicious mix of onions, tomatoes, potatoes and slices of beef. Of course, in true Peruvian fashion, it is usually served with a large plate of white rice, but after spending three months eating every meal with rice, I elected to skip the rice.

Is it sad that I know that the lomo saltado is from Kusi because of the plate designs and the table cloth? 🙂

Not at all… or maybe just a little. So checking my website is now part of your “avoiding packing” ritual?
